chore: stop tracking colcon_live_tools.egg-info (setuptools build output)

This directory is regenerated by 'pip install -e .' / 'python -m build'
from setup.cfg + README.md and should never have been committed. It was
already covered by the .gitignore added in a previous PR going forward;
this removes the stale, already-tracked copy from the repo so local
rebuilds (e.g. version bumps) stop showing up as uncommitted changes.
