chore: make setup.cfg comments bilingual, resolve stale TODOs - #2
Merged
Merged
Conversation
Both TODO comments were about pre-publish decisions (author_email exposure, repo URL) that are now resolved -- the package is already published on PyPI under this author_email and this repo URL. Replaced them with comments describing the resolved state, in English with the existing Japanese kept alongside (not replaced). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Both
TODOcomments insetup.cfgwere about pre-publish decisions (exposingauthor_email, the real repourl) that are already resolved — the package is already published on PyPI under this `author_email" and this repo URL is already in use. Replaced them with comments describing the resolved state.Comments are now bilingual: English added, existing Japanese kept alongside (not replaced), per project convention of not deleting Japanese comments when adding English.
