What

  • New .docs/PUBLISHING.md (English, maintainer-only): full PyPI release checklist (version bump, build, twine check, TestPyPI dry run, real upload, git tag) plus the optional bloom/rosdistro apt path. Kept out of the public README on purpose — see docs: rewrite README with English on top, expanded usage, and badges #1.
  • New .gitignore: build artifacts (build/, dist/, *.egg-info/, __pycache__/) and the local .pypirc (holds PyPI API tokens) are now ignored. .pypirc must never be committed.
  • Bumped colcon_live_tools.__version__ to 0.1.1 and added the matching CHANGELOG.rst entry. PyPI does not allow re-uploading an already-used version — 0.1.0 is already published — so this docs/comments-only change needs its own release to actually reach PyPI.

Follow-up

Once this (and #1, #2) is merged, I'll build from master and publish 0.1.1 to PyPI following .docs/PUBLISHING.md.
