Fixes #813 by separating generated table HTML from the next Markdown heading so Quarto emits Visit Detail as a navigable section. The checked-in v5.3, v5.4, and v5.5 pages now include the Visit Detail sidebar entry and matching section target.\n\nValidation: ; a Python HTML parser confirmed the Visit Detail TOC link resolves in all three generated pages. Quarto/R are not installed in this environment, so the site was not rebuilt locally.
