Steam vulkandriverquery launch crash

OpenMandriva version: Cooker 26.90

Describe the bug: When launching Steam, error notification that vulkandriverquery has encountered a fatal error and was closed

Steps to reproduce: Launch Steam native client under current Cooker.

Observed behavior: Normal Steam launch with no errors

Expected behavior: Error notification appears. Steam still launches and games still seem to work normally.

Additional comment: This was not present prior to upgrade to Cooker. Also tested in fresh install in VBox, and it occurs there as well.

GPU in question is a Radeon RX 6800
