Guard on the SMTP password, tolerate mailer errors and name the collection in the subject
Mailer warnings go to the console so they are not sent back to the failing mailer
Passing the same transports as rejectionHandlers made winston deliver each rejection twice
The console format string brought its colour codes into the email body
Instead of the `smtp` property emailjs sets on its errors, which is undefined on connection failures
