Replace the WeChat group QR image referenced by README.md with the supplied OpenWAM交流 group 3 QR code. The README path and Contact markup remain unchanged; only assets/repo_images/WeChat_Group.png is updated. The supplied QR image includes an expiry notice, so it should be replaced again when it expires. Validation: git diff --check origin/main...HEAD passes; source and committed image SHA256 match.
