[tracking] Unclear aspects around the DECT specifications

While working with the standards family as early implementers, questions around the specifications can come up; those do not generally reflect shortcomings in the specification, but probably mostly lacking context or lacking understanding of the specification's intention. This issue tracks other issues of that kind.

(Some might, once resolved, also make "DECT nr+ FAQ" material).

• IPv6 concerns (routing, RAs / DHCP options)
• A corresponding tracking issue in hophp (where I have yet to sift through which of those are hophop specific and which are "every reasonably comprehensive implementation will run into that")
