SecureUxTheme should work as of 4.0.0

This is regarding the following in the README:

If you use custom visual styles (.msstyle), use a patcher like UltraUxThemePatcher. SecureUXTheme does not work with ThemeSwitcherScript.

Could you please re-test this with the newly released SecureUxTheme 4.0.0? It should work now as we now proxy COM objects.

I've recently started working on Themeswitcherscript again. I'll give it a try.
Anyway, even if it didn't work, it would still be possible to add a registry key to get the hook.

On the other hand, I intend to abandon the use of WinaeroThemeSwitcher by default, and instead use WinClassicThemeConfig, which can now be used for the same purpose.
