Ozone ready for version 3.0?

Hey everyone! @lahdjirayhan and I recently made some breaking changes by stripping away some of Ozone's excess bulky features in order to make Ozone a little cleaner. Here's what we removed:

• The params argument is now gone. The reason for this is that our code was basically doing what users would very easily be able to do themselves. Essentially, for any API call Ozone would fetch data for all parameters, but then create a subset by indexing the dataframe, and return that subset. However, it would be just as simple for users to do this step themselves.
• The data format options. Once again, this is something that users can very easily do. Ozone was just calling pandas' methods to save dataframes to file formats (ex: .to_csv, .to_excel). Now, Ozone will always return a dataframe, and users can save the data to files on their own.

So, is Ozone ready for v3.0?
