Cannot load base.hkp file

Describe the bug
When I try to load my custom keys I have this error: "The provided file for Base.hkp is an invalid size. Make sure that you're uploading two unique files from a supported build of the game."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select profile hkp files
2. Click to 'Load custom hotkeys'
3. Error: "The provided file for Base.hkp is an invalid size. Make sure that you're uploading two unique files from a supported build of the game"

I'm looking into this as I can. It's probably just because I had forgotten to update it for the latest DLC and patches, but they changed something about the file format and I'm investigating what they've changed. It would have been an easy update otherwise, haha.

They added this sequence of bytes in the hkp as a 'Group Header Guard': 600a100047726f75704865616465724775617264
So deleting that sequence from the decompressed bytes actually fixed it for me, and I was able to parse out the hotkeys for the latest version (155976).
I also figured (but I'm not quite sure about that) that these have to be added to strings.py:
19162 "Change Mode (2)"
19234 "Special Ability"
19263 "Unload (Siege)"

The version bytes in my file are 9a998940, my idea would be: detect that version -> delete the guard sequences -> proceed with normal parsing.
