Thanks for the reply. I just followed the example and modified it to suit my needs. I need to be able to change the times from a card because we're on a flexible tariff and my girlfriend cannot modify an automation. |

I agree but my girlfriend prefers to set the times. I'm on octopus(UK) and they have an integration similar to nordpool I could use. I'll probably implement this in the future but for now I would like to get it working this way. |
I see!! "Girlfriend prefers" is very serious! I know this very well I am 34 year in marriage so this argument I know the best :-D - lucky marriage law is: you want to be right or happy family ;-) , your choice :-D , so my advice do fake buttons for time change and hidden proper configuration with integration by using octopus integration based on best price (I hope she is not reading our chat on my such " life lessons" :-D ) |

I'm using the code above to update the charge times on my inverter but the values seem to have a mind of their own. I try and set 23:30 and it only sets "23:00" i go back and change it to "23:30" and its then changed to "00:30".
I suspect it has something to do with polling updating the values before the ones I set are being saved. Any ideas? If I fight with it for a little I can eventually get them set properly and they do not change,
