How is it related to Gemini CLI?

Preloop onboards Gemini CLI as a governed agent: its tool calls and model calls are allowed, denied or held for a human approval, charged to a budget and recorded on one session timeline. Preloop flows can also run Gemini CLI from issues, pull requests, webhooks or CI jobs, in hosted containers or on your own runners, and land the result as a pull request.
