Adds Doomsday Network under MCP Servers.

Overview

• Capabilities: Exposes 13 JSON-RPC 2.0 stdio MCP tools (doom_create_escrow_bounty, doom_claim_bounty, doom_pay_402_api, doom_send_payment, doom_get_wallet_info, etc.) so Gemini CLI and Google ADK agents can autonomously lock/claim Proof-of-Escrow bounties, settle HTTP 402 micropayments, and swap wDOOM on Base Mainnet.
