Bump jspdf and html2pdf.js in /frontend

Bumps [jspdf](https://github.com/parallax/jsPDF) to 4.2.1 and updates ancestor dependency [html2pdf.js](https://github.com/eKoopmans/html2pdf.js). These dependencies need to be updated together.
