Ajout d'un paramètre dans le "process_all" permettant d'indiquer si on veux générer un graphique de densité pour chaque nuit.
Si actif, ça appel la fonction generate_graph_per_nigth(all_data, NOM_SITE).
Les graphiques produits sont regroupés dans le dossier nommé 'par_nuits' lui même inclut dans le dossier résultat
