Add chapter read indicator

Description

While reading i noticed that a lot of books have quite large pre- or post chapters. This is why the given read-percentage is not always helpful. Therefore i had the idea to add an indicator on a chapter whenever it is read. This is just a visual indicator to help me track my current progress.
