Hazard Lights Flashing Error when One of the Turn Signals is On

When trying to press the hazard lights button with one of the turn signals was on, the two turn signals' flahses don't sync with each other and only the tick sound from the later started turn signal plays.

Two fixes:

In cli.py:

@_override
def hazard(self, e: Event, state: bool) -> None:
    super().hazard(e, state)  # This line is unnecessary
    uim["hazard"].configure(image=Hazard(color=Color.RED if state else None))

In context.py:

def hazard(self, hazard: bool | None = None) -> bool | None:
    """
    Set or get the hazard light status.
    :param hazard: True: hazard light on; False: hazard light off; None: getter mode
    :return: the hazard light status or None if setter mode
    """
    if hazard is None:
        return self._hazard
    self.left_indicator(hazard, True)
    self.right_indicator(hazard, True)
    self._hazard = hazard

Should've cleared the previous status first.

The bug still remains. It works when the left indicator is triggered before the hazard light but fails to work when the right indicator is triggered first.
