Record a Demo of LEADS Installation Guide and Framework

To supplement the LEADS Docs, the following would be useful for future students and external users of this codebase:

a) A short video walkthrough of the LEADS framework and code structure (context, devices, controllers, Arduino serial link, remote server connection, etc).
b) A demo of the LEADS installation guide. LEADS setup on VeC99 for the 2025 race would be a great time to record the process.
