Auto translate without WPML Translation Management

Currently translations only can do with "WPML Translation Management" plugin (an WPML extension).

User must choose what kind of method will use (or plugin will auto detect).

UPDATE: For now I will not implement this function because is some Hard and require time.
If someone want to try, can fork and create a pull request.
