Add support for mods using a server-side-only solution, such as Polymer.

First of all, I'm not a developer.
However, a while back I came across the Polymer mod, which lets you add blocks and items from mods installed only on the server using resource packs.
I was wondering if a similar system could work with Pumpkin-Plugin ?

Do you think it's technically possible? If so, I'll look into how to implement it.

If this works, it could be a more lightweight alternative to an implementation of Fabric or Forge (or any other Java mod loader), and we could make porting easier.
