Publish the nine previously local C1-S1 planning, design and device-evidence commits on top of the reviewed website dependency updates. The changelog preserves both sets of entries; the application, firmware and website implementation are unchanged.

The 34 Markdown files include the strategy and Scrum delivery package, bounded current-draft recovery contract/ADR, pilot and validation procedures, and dated Play/TestFlight installation evidence. C1-S1 accurately remains six Done, two Prepared and four Awaiting evidence: participant sessions and recovery implementation are not claimed complete.

Validation:

• 42 publication tests and repository Markdown links pass.
• All 12 Mermaid diagrams parse and render.
• No-leak, SPDX, governance 7/7, whitespace and DCO checks pass.
• Independent comparison confirms all prior C1-S1 documents are preserved and the website dependency tree exactly matches current main.
• GitHub CI: all 18 jobs passed in both the PR run and push run, including website, Flutter/goldens, Android WebView, firmware host and five firmware builds. Required checks are satisfied on head 9a54bba94303a844cddde11c58fdaabeb05c589c.

The existing branch history has been preserved in a verified private Git bundle. After this PR merges, local main will be synchronized and redundant local/remote branches and auxiliary worktrees removed under the user's cleanup request. Private evidence, signing material, stash and local configuration are not included in this PR.
