Record the build-9 channel receipts after PR #41 merged with all 36 final-head checks passing. The frozen app's engineering qualification and artifact identities remain unchanged.

Record the saved build-specific test details and reviewer notes, the verified public beta-description correction, and closure of PYB-002.1. Preserve the distinction between internal delivery, submission, approval and wider availability; M-05 and participant outcomes remain incomplete.

The production review found a concrete pre-existing mismatch between the saved ages 9–12/Families audience and Android Bluetooth discovery without Companion Device Manager. This package/audience issue also applies to the unchanged open-testing review; it is an independent source/policy finding, not a Google rejection. Scoped engineering acceptance does not establish unconditional store-policy admission. See the canonical production decision.

Validation: documentation/publication checks and retained receipt comparisons; the final PR head must pass its required CI before merge. No runtime, firmware, artifact, audience or declaration changes in this PR.
