Move the audioif floor to cebb7ca, for audiomodal

Its own change, with the gates re-run, as this file's own header requires.

acoustickit imports audiomodal.Bank, and CI installs audioif from this pin and
nothing else - so the floor had to carry the node or the kit could not be built
at all. cebb7ca is audioif main with modal-bank merged.

Still no release and the pyproject floors stay at v0.2.0: audioif is released
once, at Phase 7, when the effects work is complete.

Gates re-run against the new floor: the full suite clean, flake8 clean,
validate_api ok.
