PROJECT CLOSE-OUT CHECKLIST — Nested Semantic Graph

Mandatory Close-Out Checklist

  • 1. FINAL REPORT/SYNTHESIS — 0.7.md updated with full evaluation results from 3 pipelines (Type I/II/III), corpus statistics (27 trees, 8 languages, 1,645 triples, 0 violations), cross-linguistic findings, limitations section, and 8 references with DOIs. Publication-ready document with YAML frontmatter (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20348370).

  • 2. PUBLICATION DOCUMENT — 0.7.md is the publication document.

    • 2a. YAML frontmatter complete (title, authors, date, DOI, abstract, keywords, license)
    • 2b. Math formatting verified (all LaTeX in $...$ blocks, no bare Unicode)
    • 2c. Visible author block present (Author, ORCID, DOI, Date, Abstract)
    • 2d. DOI registered (10.5281/zenodo.20348370)
    • 2e. Copy to releases: NOT DONE (publication in project directory; user decides release timing)

  • 3. ALL CORE + PHASE DOCS UPDATED

    • PROJECT STATE.md: Updated with all files, last action, next step
    • SPRINT.md: All S4 tasks marked [x]. Sprint complete.
    • CHANGELOG.md: All entries up to 0.12.md + close-out
    • LEARNINGS.md: Project-specific lessons documented
    • DECISIONS.md: Architecture decisions logged
    • BACKLOG.md: Remaining items triaged

  • 4. GIT FINALIZED — All changes committed on feature/initial-setup branch. Clean worktree.

  • 5. FINAL AUDIT — 21/21 checks pass. Core docs present, ephemeral files cleaned, no pycache, sprint tasks verified.

  • 6. ARCHIVING — Project directory self-contained. New agent can start from cold.
