Auto import of tags

[Qronikarz]

When adding files to QMV some of them could be automatically tagged inside QMV without external programs.

Actual files:

• TagSpaces
• filetags

Bookmark import (after QMV is made into a tagging framework)

• convert firefox bookmark folders into tags (need to copy as HTML and parse it instead of plain text)
