When constructing a GeneralLattice, input dismatched dimension of lattice vector and starting point gives unexpect StackOverflow error.
To Reproduce

julia> GeneralLattice([(1.0,0.0,0.0),(0.0,1.0,0.0),(0.0,0.0,1.0)],[(0.0,0.0)])
