Keep the local vgi-rpc source active until 0.43.0 ships
The floor requires vgi-rpc>=0.43.0, which is not on PyPI. With the source override commented out, `uv run` and `uv sync` do not merely fail to resolve -- they DELETE .venv on the way out, and a restored environment silently carries the pre-0.43.0 schemas, which no longer match this extension. Two separate sessions lost their environment to that in one afternoon and one of them then produced results from a schema-drifted worker. Mirrors vgi-rust's committed [patch.crates-io] stanza for the same reason. Drop this line once 0.43.0 is published. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
