ci: run integration against the vgi extension with continuation

VGI_REF moves to Query-farm/vgi fc3e08f, which reads the new
FunctionInfo.input_rows_per_call column. The pinned 3a2249f predates it and
rejects this worker's catalog schema ("out-of-date Apache Arrow schema").
