Two Issues with Savestates in MGS4 #19355

Description

@Ikotas

Quick summary

Issue 1: I can't save a savestate after launching the game from a savestate.

Issue 2: I can't save a savestate when I press Ctrl+P.

Details

Game: Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (BLJM67001)
OS: Windows 11

Issue 1:
After a normal startup, the first savestate is saved successfully.
However, if I quit the game once, boot from a savestate, and then try to save a savestate, the following error is displayed and the app crashes.

RPCS3: Fatal Error

lv2_overlay :: load(): Failed to find file. (vpath=‘/dev_bdvd/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/mgs/mgs4.mself_x2087c28’, offset=0x0)
(in file D:\a\rpcs3\rpcs3\rpcs3\Emu\Cell\lv2\sys_overlay.cpp:107[:23], in function ‘std::function<void_cdecl(void *)> lv2_overlay::load(utils:serial &)’) (error=0x2)
Title: METAL GEAR SOLID 4 GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS (emulation is running)
Build: 0.0.42-19845-03d03b2b Alpha | master
Date: xxxxx
RAM Usage: xxxxx

Note: Although it displays “D:\a\rpcs3\rpcs3\rpcs3\Emu\Cell\lv2\sys_overlay.cpp,” this path does not exist on my PC.

Issue 2:
When I press Ctrl+S while paused with Ctrl+P, the message “Failed to lock SPU state, using SPU ASMJIT will fix it” appears.
If I’m not paused with Ctrl+P, a savestate is saved, but the issue described in Issue 1 occurs.

Configulation:
CPU: SPU Decoder: Recompiler(LLVM)
Advanced: Core: SPU Compatible Savestates Mode: ON

Note: That the Recompiler (ASMJIT) cannot be used because MGS4 does not run properly.
