The weekly and per-PR link check only scanned the root Markdown files. The issue templates link to the roadmap, the wiki and (excluded, like elsewhere) Discord, so a broken link there went unnoticed. This adds
.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/*.ymlto the link check's inputs.
