This software, including its source code, object code, documentation,
design, user interface, assets, and associated materials (collectively,
the "Software"), is proprietary intellectual property of ReNothingg
(the "Copyright Holder").

Public availability of the source code is provided solely for reference,
evaluation, and transparency. It does not constitute an open-source
license and does not waive any rights of the Copyright Holder.

1. LIMITED PERMISSION

You may:

  a. view the source code on the repository hosting service for personal
     evaluation and educational reference; and

  b. use an unmodified official instance of the Software made available
     by the Copyright Holder, solely through the interface and under the
     conditions provided by the Copyright Holder.

The repository hosting service and its users may additionally exercise
only those limited rights that the Copyright Holder is required to grant
under the hosting service's applicable terms, solely through functionality
provided by that service. No off-platform rights are granted by this
paragraph.

No other rights are granted, whether expressly, by implication, estoppel,
or otherwise.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Without prior explicit written permission from the Copyright Holder, you
may not, in whole or in part:

  a. copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent,
     lease, monetize, or otherwise transfer the Software;

  b. modify, adapt, translate, refactor, reverse engineer, decompile,
     disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software;

  c. compile, build, install, execute, self-host, deploy, mirror, or make
     the Software available as a service;

  d. use the Software or any part of it for any commercial, business,
     revenue-generating, competitive, or production purpose;

  e. incorporate the Software or any part of it into another product,
     project, library, service, dataset, training corpus, or source-code
     collection;

  f. remove, conceal, or alter copyright, attribution, trademark, or
     proprietary notices;

  g. use the names, logos, trademarks, trade dress, or branding of
     OpenHand or the Copyright Holder; or

  h. authorize, assist, or enable any third party to perform any of the
     actions prohibited by this License.

3. CONTRIBUTIONS

No right to submit, incorporate, or distribute modifications is granted.
Any contribution is governed only by a separate written agreement
explicitly accepted by the Copyright Holder. Opening an issue or pull
request, or sending source code, does not by itself create an agreement
or grant any rights.

4. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

The Software may contain fonts, libraries, source materials, or other
components governed by separate licenses. Those components remain
subject to their respective terms. This License applies only to rights
held by the Copyright Holder and does not restrict rights granted
directly by third-party licensors.

5. NO TRADEMARK LICENSE

No right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, product name, or other
brand identifier of the Copyright Holder is granted.

6. TERMINATION

Permission under Section 1 terminates automatically and immediately upon
breach of this License. You must then cease all use of the Software and
permanently delete all copies in your possession or control, except where
retention is required by applicable law.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS
PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR
SAFETY.

USE WITH PLOTTERS, CNC MACHINES, LASERS, SERVOS, MOTORS, OR OTHER
PHYSICAL HARDWARE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER IS
NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, PROPERTY, DATA, OR
PERSONS.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF USE,
DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE
SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. SEPARATE LICENSING

Commercial use, modification, redistribution, self-hosting, integration,
or any other use not expressly permitted by Section 1 may be available
under a separate written license from the Copyright Holder. No such
permission exists unless it is explicitly granted in writing.

10. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

All rights not expressly granted in Section 1 are reserved by the
Copyright Holder. The Software is not open-source or free software.
