Back to the Climate-Agent-Bench-85 overview
The 15 drought tasks ask the system to calculate the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) for the contiguous United States from ERA5-Land monthly precipitation. Each task uses a long-term climate baseline, assigns drought-severity categories, and produces a publication-quality map and a brief Markdown report. The task structure is fixed while the target month changes from April 2024 through June 2025.
