Docs: move documentation to private infra repo

docs/ (building, design, operations, restoring, setup-cli) now lives in
the private renacode-infra repository under docs/projekty/cloudmachine/,
with the same file names. The README keeps installation and setup; its
links to docs/ become plain references to that location.
