Documentation and licences only; no code change.

  • vm/punchfs/COPYING — the GPLv2 text that punchfs.c's header points to ("See the file COPYING"), byte-for-byte as libfuse 3.14.0 ships it (GPL2.txt; differs from gnu.org's current copy only in the FSF postal address). punchfs.c gets a header comment naming the modification and when (GPLv2 §2a); the code is unchanged.
  • THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md — shipped: punchfs (GPLv2, libfuse example), passthrough_helpers.h (libfuse, BSD 2-Clause, verified identical to 3.14.0), swift-argument-parser 1.8.2 (Apache-2.0 with Runtime Library Exception, no NOTICE file upstream). Installed but not shipped: rclone (MIT), Lima (Apache-2.0), Ubuntu cloud image, Samba (GPL-3.0+), fuse3 (LGPL-2.1/GPL-2.0). Licences checked against the upstream repositories at the pinned versions.
  • README

Note for merging: the change touches vm/**, which is in release.yml's paths, so merging this PR publishes a new release (and updates the tap) with no functional change. If that is unwanted, merge it together with the next release-worthy change.

…demarks

- vm/punchfs/COPYING: the GPLv2 text punchfs.c's header points to, as
libfuse 3.14.0 ships it (GPL2.txt). punchfs.c gets a header comment
naming the modification and its date (GPLv2 section 2a); code unchanged.
- THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md: what is shipped (punchfs GPLv2, libfuse's
  passthrough_helpers.h BSD 2-Clause, swift-argument-parser 1.8.2
Apache-2.0 with Runtime Library Exception) and what is installed without
being shipped (rclone, Lima, Ubuntu image, Samba, fuse3), plus trademarks.
- README: trademark note (Apple, Google, no affiliation); publish the OAuth
consent screen "In production" (Testing = refresh token expires after
7 days); no client-side encryption in Current limitations; the daily
upload limit is reported since #34 (vm-status, backup-health), a full
  Drive still is not.

Homebrew 7 refuses to load a cask from a tap nobody trusted
("Refusing to load cask renacode/ci-check/cloudmachine from untrusted tap"),
so the release after #39 failed at "brew style + audit" and no version was
published. `brew trust --tap` on the tap created a line earlier fixes it.
