Adds hccccc01333/codex-deepseek-mini-router to the Plugins section.
Task-aware spec/react/flash working-contract plugin for DeepSeek models inside Codex (desktop + CLI). It fixes DeepSeek's weak default reasoning by locking a mode per session and injecting the matching persona via trusted hooks, with a bundled skill fallback. Measured on a 6-task BigCodeBench subset: Flash baseline 8/12 -> v4 persona 16/18. Evidence and reproducible harness included in the repo.
