Adds Weiyu next to the existing WeChat and Codex bridges.
Weiyu is a local-first Windows workspace for collecting readable WeChat messages into daily briefings. Its Codex plugin is focused on local status checks, message audits, and reply previews; text sending stays behind explicit confirmation and the default test target is the File Transfer Assistant. This is different from a remote-control bot: the main product is the local archive and briefing workflow.
The entry includes the repository star badge and uses the existing one-sentence format.
