The general overlap problem is not empty: a protected many-soliton
Affleck-Dine L-ball bubble route reaches the requested primordial-black-hole
mass scale. It is not a single coherent boson star, however, and the published
seed population is much rarer than the illustrative 0.2 Mpc^-3 portfolio
target. All ten result-verification checks pass.
The output admits a literal L-ball acquisition and population calculation, not numerical relativity and not a merger of unrelated candidate mechanisms.
