revert: hold the staking onboarding redesign for feature/redesign (#2182)

Reverts f0886c4 (#2180). The rebuilt onboarding wizard ships as part of
the wider redesign, not ahead of it, so main goes back to the four static
status screens until feature/redesign lands as a whole.

This also restores the brand primary orange to #F47A2A. That change rode
along in the same squash and belongs to the same redesign, so it waits
with it.

Nothing is lost: feature/redesign was cut from f0886c4 and keeps the
work. Merging that branch back into main will need this revert reverted
first, otherwise git treats the removal here as the newer change and the
files stay deleted.
