chore(deps): refresh lockfile to latest in-range versions

Run npm update so caret-ranged packages move to the newest release within their range that a plain install left pinned, then re-run the Expo resolver to keep every native module on its SDK 54 version. The held pins stay put: React and jest at the SDK 54 pairing, Tailwind 3 as required by NativeWind, and TypeScript 5. Typecheck and the jest suite pass.
