chore: upgrade to Expo SDK 56, fix typecheck, add CI (#14)

- expo ^56 with aligned react-native 0.85.3, react/react-dom 19.2.3, and the SDK 56 compatible expo-* and react-native-* deps
- aligned devDeps: babel-preset-expo 56, jest-expo 56, typescript 6, @types/react 19.2
- config migration: removed newArchEnabled and android.edgeToEdgeEnabled, moved splash to the expo-splash-screen plugin in app.config.ts (app.json and app.config.ts both cleaned)
- tsconfig exclude for test files and a *.css module declaration for the global.css import
- ci.yml gate running typecheck plus tests
