[MacOS] cant open any image file or navigate to any directories using the open feature

**Describe the bug**
When i click on the Select a file>Open nothing happens. i can only view images by drag and drop

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Launch PicView
2. Click on Select a file
3. Click on Open
4. Nothing Happens

**Expected behavior**
I expect that when i click on open, a new window should open where i can select specific file and/or folder to open and view
