Curated "awesome" lists appear repeatedly in both our own stargazer neighbourhood and 3D Slicer's (fffaraz/awesome-cpp showed up in both; sindresorhus/awesome, awesome-simulation, vinta/awesome-python in ours). They are durable, high-traffic, and cost one PR each.
