`BLE_p2pServer_Ext` does not start BLE advertising.

## Describe the set-up
- **Board:** STM32WB55RG  
- **Wireless Firmware:** BLE Stack v1.23.0.3 (extern @0x080C7000)  
- **FUS Version:** v2.1.0  
- **Project Example:** BLE_p2pServer_Ext  
- **IDE / Compiler:** STM32CubeIDE 1.15.0 / GCC

## Describe the bug
The example `BLE_p2pServer_Ext` does not start BLE advertising.  
Only the following UART logs are printed:

The device stays in **FUS_FW_RUNNING** state and no BLE activity is observed.

## Additional context
BLE stack and FUS versions are correct and compatible.  
Stack installed at address `0x080C7000`.

Hi @PTTEDU31,

The FUS_FW_RUNNING message indicates that the FUS is still running instead of the Wireless Stack. You will need to start the Wireless Stack by clicking on the "Start Wireless Stack" button in CubeProgrammer.

Please note that certain buttons in CubeProgrammer such as "Read FUS Info" will automatically start the FUS. It is recommended to start the Wireless Stack as a last step before disconnecting from CubeProgrammer to assure it is running.
