The fuzz.yml fuzz job compiles (cargo install cargo-fuzz + cargo fuzz run) but was missed when rust-cache was added to ci.yml. Add the same SHA-pinned Swatinem/rust-cache step after the toolchain, matching the sibling *-forensic repos. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds
Swatinem/rust-cache@v2.9.1to each Rust-compiling CI job, matching the fleet standard (issen + 67 fleet repos).Jobs cached: test, coverage (inserted immediately after the
dtolnay/rust-toolchainstep).Skipped non-compiling jobs:
deny,vet.fuzz.ymlleft unchanged (matches issen, the fleet reference, whose fuzz.yml is uncached).🤖 Generated with Claude Code
