ci(speedbench): raise the AL collector job timeout to 24 hours / ci(speedbench)：将 AL 采集任务超时上调至 24 小时

A 14-cell matrix (7 draft lengths x thinking on/off) restarts the server
per cell and can outrun 600 minutes. Raise the job timeout so the
salloc-time input is the only limit that applies.

14 个单元的矩阵（7 个草稿长度 × 思考开/关）每个单元都会重启服务，
可能超过 600 分钟。上调任务超时，使 salloc-time 输入成为唯一生效的限制。
