Creating a better tic-tac-toe

Great I think you can just fork the repo, clone it make the changes you want ,commit , push and make a pr

I would be interested in building this as my first issue. I see that this TicTacToe.py was last updated 4 years ago, can you confirm that this issue is still open? (Asking because two people seem to have started on this 2 months ago)
