Allow GiroCode generation without an amount - #710
Allow omitting amount or passing null, leaving the amount field empty.
I’m not sure whether you prefer keeping the second constructor, or changing the existing constructor to a nullable amount.
The AI agent that helped with this change suggested retaining the original decimal constructor as a forwarding overload for binary backward compatibility with already compiled consumers.
Please feel free to suggest changes or edit the PR directly.
I’m happy to adapt the implementation to your preferred approach.
This PR fixes/implements the following bugs/features:
Make amount in Girocode optional
What existing problem does the pull request solve?**
I want a reusable payment QR code where the person scanning it chooses how much to transfer, rather than having a fixed amount encoded.
The EPC guidelines v3.1 mark the amount field (AT-T002) as optional, but the current GiroCode constructor requires it.
Test plan
Coverage includes omitted/null amounts, field positions, and unchanged formatting and validation for supplied amounts.
Generated public API output matches the updated approval snapshots across all seven library targets.
Full API approval tests still need Windows CI; execution was blocked locally by the missing WindowsDesktop runtime on Linux ARM64. (I hope the GitHub pipeline can test the windows tests for me.)
I am not sure how much tests you like, the last two tests may be removed as they "only" test that both constructors still comply with the original amount behavior.

New Features
Girocode payments can be generated without specifying an amount. When provided, amounts continue to follow the supported range and precision rules.
Generated payloads now end at the last populated field, without trailing newline characters.

Walkthrough
Girocode accepts an optional nullable amount. When the amount is omitted or null, the serialized amount field is empty. Non-null amounts retain validation and EUR formatting. Payload generation trims trailing newline characters. API baselines and tests cover the updated constructor and payload behavior.
The constructor accepts a nullable optional amount. Null skips precision validation and produces an empty amount field. Payload generation trims trailing newline characters. API baselines and tests cover omitted and null amounts, field positions, valid formatting, and invalid amounts.
