Issue description

We use SPFx Form Customizer. There’s one detail I’m not entirely clear on—maybe someone can help me. The Form Customizer works as expected in normal Read/Edit mode on the current element. However, when I open an old version in the version history, I’d like to see that old version, not the latest version of the item. But I can’t find any information about the version (VersionNo) in the FormCustomizerContext:

With this additional information it would be easy to handle the rest, but it seems, this is not supported right now or am I missing something? Where could we ask to implement this additional property in a future SPFx Version?

Thank you for the clarification. FormCustomizerContext currently does not expose the item version or VersionNo. Based on the scenario described, this would be best addressed as a feature/API enhancement request rather than a product bug.

To our customers, it still feels like a bug when they try to view an older version of an item but are always shown the latest version—I understand that this is currently by design, but it's hard to explain that to customers.
