Read a linear table one line per row, leaving empty cells out (2.24.0) - #73
A screen-reader client gets a Table laid out linearly. Each cell was its own line, and an empty cell still read its label. SharpMUSH's WHO came out as four lines per player:
Player Name: Dave
On For: 4s
Idle: 0s
Doing:
Now each row is one line of labelled values, comma-separated, and empty cells are left out:
Player Name: Dave, On For: 4s, Idle: 0s
A column with no heading reads its value alone. A table too narrow for its columns still draws its rows as cards, as before.
Table.DrawLinear builds the row line and wraps it to the width.
The existing linear test now expects one line, and a new test covers an empty cell, a short row and an unheaded column.
A screen reader heard WHO as four lines per player, with a bare
"Doing:" for every empty cell. Each row is now one line of labelled
values, comma-separated, and empty cells are left out with their labels.

Linear table rendering now puts non-empty cell values on one line per row. Headings label values when present. Empty cells are omitted, and rows are wrapped to the requested width.

Format linear table rows MarkupString/Layout/Blocks/Table.cs, MarkupString.Tests/Layout/FieldsAndTreeTests.cs, CHANGELOG.md
DrawLinear joins non-empty cell values with commas, adds available headings as labels, and wraps each row. Tests cover labelled values and omitted empty cells. The changelog describes the output and the card-rendering behavior for tables that are too narrow.
SharpMUSH/MarkupString#70: Trims table headings used as labels in card rendering; this PR also trims headings used as labels in linear rendering.

Narrow tables can lose their documented card layout, and row-order regressions would not be detected by the new test; both corrections are localized.

rows in order, preserving the expected sequence of Dave followed by Bob so the
test detects row-order regressions.
Review comments at @MarkupString/Layout/Blocks/Table.cs:
- Around line 92-93: Update DrawLinear to apply the same Widths fit check used
by Draw before formatting or wrapping a row; when a column cannot fit, route to
DrawCards so narrow linear tables preserve the card fallback.
